RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund and exchanges for regular price merchandise are allowed within 5 days of receiving the item.
All sale items and items purchased with a promotion code are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be made. No Exceptions.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles, in the original packaging and include all tags, tissue, card, dustbag, heel tips, crystals (Flor, Carrie and Berenise) & box. If you return items that have any wear, they’ll be returned to you and you will be charged for shipping and handling.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and FLOR DE MARIA reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

Please e-mail orders@flordemariacollection.com to notify us regarding your exchange/refund.
You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order number on the card you received inside the box.

Please note that not all shipping carriers deliver to PO BOXES, please make sure you use USPS. Flor de Maria will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued in your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Please note that the original and return shipping cost won’t be repaid.
CANCEL ORDERS
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it can't be cancelled.
